I've hated exercising all my life, but as a personal trainer Meredith is so positive and encouraging it's impossible not to feel good.  She knows just how much to challenge me so that I can improve at a pace that feels sustainable.  I actually look forward to my workouts, which is something I thought I'd never say.  After just a month working with her I feel much stronger and healthier!

I have had the pleasure of training with Meredith for more than 5 years. We started with in person U-Jam once a week and have transitioned to virtual training 3-4 times per week! Meredith is energetic and motivating! She knows how to push you to reach beyond what you think you are capable of! I love the variety of classes and styles of training she offers, from U-Jam, to Glide and Resistance training, to POUND, to Strength Training! I was skeptical of virtual training at first, but I love being able to access videos when I can't make a class in person! I’ve taken various formats with Meredith, from UJAM dance fitness to Pound Fitness and Boot Camp. In any of these format I took with her I always felt encouraged to do my best and do a little more when possible. She always had options for everyone’s safety in mind as well as knew when to push you to make the most of your time in class. The classes she taught were always fun, engaging and rewarding afterwards which is why I always came back for more.


How Meredith inspired me:

I first started taking UJAM dance classes because I felt out of shape and very stressed from daily life with no real exercise in my routine. Meredith taught these classes in a welcoming fun way that inspired me to come back each time. When I first started I had two left feet, but over time and participation I found my right foot. Through Merediths instruction I felt de-stressed and loved the fun feeling I got from a good workout. Eventually this led me to become a certified UJAM instructor myself.


I first tried Pound fitness with Meredith and it was very challenging for me to the point where It felt like grueling punishment to get through the class. But then I decided to keep trying because I really enjoyed the way Meredith instructed her classes. Over the next few months of taking Pound with her, I built up strength, stamina and a real liking for the class. I felt through Meredith and Pound fitness that if you keep at something challenging and with the right inspiration it will eventually get easier and you will become stronger for it.

Meredith is an amazing instructor. I have been fortunate to attend her fitness classes for the last three years. The energy she brings to every class is unbelievable. Five minutes into the class, you find yourself all pumped up and pushing yourself to the best of your abilities. She keeps the classes fun but challenging at the same time. She includes exercises variations for all fitness levels and clearly explains the correct form which is great for beginners. She is a powerhouse and it is always fun to workout with her!
