Monday 6am HIIT

Start your week off right with this High energy, high intensity interval training class.  This class meets Virtually.

Monday 6:30 Outdoor Intermediate/Advanced Adult Tap

Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style and sound.  Students will learn a variety of tap styles while getting a great workout, both for brain and bodies.  This class meets locally in Fremont, Ca outdoors.

Tuesday 6am Bootcamp

An interval training class that mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.  This class meets Virtually

Tuesday 12:30pm Tabata

​

High Intensity Training program that has been scientifically proven to help increase endurance and performance. This class is offered Virtually.

Tuesday 6:30pm U-Jam

U-Jam is an urban dance workout that makes you sweat while having a dance party.  With easy-to-follow dance moves and high energy music.  Everything from Hip Hop to Bollywood.  This class is offered both Virtually and outdoors in Fremont Ca

Wednesday 6am Heavy HIIT

If you love to lift but you also love HIIT Cardio, then you will love this class.  Starting with intervals of body weight cardio, followed by strength training using reps.  This class is offered virtually.

Wednesday 12:30pm Body Weight Burn Express

Don't have much time but looking for a quick workout?  Make sure you warm up before this class.  It's a combination of strength interval training combined with the high intensity of a HIIT class.  This class is offered virtually.

Wednesday 12:30 Adult Beginner/Intermediate Tap

 Tap class teaches you how to keep rhythm and is great for exercise and for working that brain as you get older.  This class is offered Virtually

Rotating Strength Formats - Bootcamp, HIIT, POUND, Resistance Training and Core Balance.  This class will be taught outside. Please RSVP to class the day before.

Thursday 6am Core Balance Bootcamp

Using only body weight, we work on balance and core strength. This class is offered Virtually.

Thursday 12:30pm Lower Body Blast

Strength Training that focuses on the lower body

Thursday 6:30pm Barbell Shred

Grab your Barbell and your running shoes!  This class is going to be a combination of HIIT and Agility Cardio, paired up with Strength Training using a Barbell.

Friday 6am Glide and Resist Tabata

A unique lower impact strength training class, utilizing  tabata interval timing, glider exercise discs, mini loop bands and weights.  This class is offered Virtually.

Saturday 9am Barbell Shred

Grab your Barbell and your running shoes!  This class is going to be a combination of HIIT and Agility Cardio, paired up with Strength Training using a Barbell.
